Who we are.
Our Purpose
FASA strives to share Filipino and Filipino-American culture on campus and beyond, and build relationships with Filipino organizations at other universities. Our goal is create a better social and academic academic in the University through service and education. We not only provide a space for students to blend Filipino culture with American culture, but a platform for educating the entire student body about Filipino and Filipino-American culture.
Collaboration
FASA engages in a wide range of collaborative efforts both on and off campus. As a member of the Filipino Intercollegiate Networking Dialogue (FIND), we represent District VII to connect with Filipino organizations at other universities. Engagement
FASA is open to students of all backgrounds. We encourage anyone and everyone to join us throughout the year at our numerous events to learn more about Filipino culture. Our most popular events include Kamayan, Isang Kuwento, and our yearly Pilipino Culture Night show. If you want to become regularly involved, consider joining our bigs & littles (AKKA) program to meet members across our organization!
